Whether you are coming to stretch your body or mind, attending at least three classes a week has been proven to help with stress, anxiety, and better quality sleep.


Our Zen Warrior Membership gives you the benefit of a longer-term commitment to your practice that also rewards your hip pocket. 

Attend AS MANY classes as you want each week.

Two weekly classes - $29 per week

The daily grind can often leave us feeling pretty wound up with energy, anxious, stressed, excited, tired, and a whole heap of other sensations.


Carving time out for ourselves is a necessity, in order to find balance. This membership gives you the freedom to work around all of those competing priorities, will still allowing time for you.


This package gives you the benefits of being part of the Zen Den family, as well as the freedom to not bombard your life with too much.

If you can breathe, you can do yoga. No experience is necessary as all classes are friendly to first-timers.

This is how Yoga was originally taught. Allowing the teacher to pass on knowledge and wisdom to the student in a way that was tailored to their needs. 


Private sessions allow your practice to be completely customised to help you with your goals - which may be physical (strength, flexibility, improved posture), mental (helping clear brain fog, reducing stress, finding more peace), emotional (exploring feelings and sensations in a mindful way),  spiritual (learning more about yogic philosophy and self-development) or loads of other reasons. 


Whether it is meeting the needs of any healing injury, addressing lifestyle needs (pre/postnatal, healing from injury {physical, emotional, mental}, medical conditions), or just giving you the chance to explore a deeper practice. 


Packages start from $60 and can be scheduled in the studio, or at your home.
